Working together…

  • I offer a standard rate for my 1:1 sessions at this time of £75.

    I am however aware of the often times prohibitive costs associated with the coaching and wellbeing industry. I believe that we should all be able to access the services that we need and so if there is any reason why you cannot afford to pay the full rate at this time, please let me know when you book your discovery call and I will see if there is an option I can make available to you.

  • I do not offer a ‘one size fits all’ service - no packages, no tick boxes. This is intentional as I wish to honour your individual path by allowing you to decide what works best for you depending on your time, finances and what you feel you need in that moment.

    Sometimes the life experience you are facing may require more sessions in close proximity and sometimes you will want more space and time to process and reflect. You may be someone who loves the structure of a regularly scheduled slot or maybe you sometimes just need a spur of the moment space to come and offload.

    It is in this way that I believe you can not only cultivate trust for me as someone genuinely invested in your experience but also start to trust in yourself to know what you need and to be empowered to ask for it.

  • 50 minutes

    I do recommend, where possible, to schedule a time slot where you have a few minutes before the call to clear distractions from your environment and to centre yourself around what you want to bring to the session.

    If possible I also recommend that you allow for a few minutes after the call before you rush back to your life to process any thoughts or feelings that may have come up.
